Fixed Term Investment

If you’d rather take a more passive approach, our fixed rate opportunities provide a set return with none of the obligations that come with property ownership.

Fixed Term Investment Process

After discussing your investment priorities, we’ll propose a fixed rate investment option that’s right for you. With this type of investment our team will acquire and manage property to provide you with a regular annual return over a fixed term. At the end of this term your original investment will be returned to you.

Return

We’ll provide you with a healthy return for the duration of the agreed term. We’ll then return your original investment at the end of the term – at which point you can reinvest or exit.

Here Is How It Typically Works

The terms of a fixed rate investment with us will vary from project to project, but it will always be set out clearly within our investment proposition packs. Should you wish to discuss in more detail, we’re only a phone call away.

Recently, we presented a regular investor with an investment opportunity which would see him make a 10% annual return on a £40,000 investment, over a period of 2 years.

The opportunity was a 3-bed terraced house which needed a complete refurbishment in an area well known to us in Liverpool.

Our investor didn’t have the appetite for property ownership and decided that our fixed rate investment option on this opportunity provided him with an excellent return for a set period of time, rather than earning less than 0.5% in his existing savings account over the same period.

Upon completion of the renovation work, we were able to rent the property to a working tenant, enabling us to return our investor just over £330 per month for the 24 month duration of the agreement.
